Community Living Kingston has a quality improvement process in place throughout the organization. The quality improvement process is guided by the organization's committment to its accreditation through CARF. Community Living Kingston received it's initial CARF accreditation in 2007.

As part of the organization's quality improvement system, Community Living Kingston develops a comprehensive Annual Management Report each year. This report includes the organization's Strategic Plan, Risk Management Plan, Technology Plan and Accessibility Plan. It also includes the results to all of the organization's satisfaction surveys and details all of the agency's performance indicators.
